How can I order a product?
Please, add the products that you want to buy to your cart by clicking on the “Add to cart” button. After choosing the products, click on the “buy” button.
If you do not log in, you will see the registration page. If you have already registered with your e-mail, you can log in by clicking “login” button and entering your e-mail and password that you have already defined while you are registering.
If you haven’t registered before, you can easily register by clicking “Register Now” button with your e-mail address. Next, you have to fill your address information and after that, you have to select a payment option.

Please note that all EVENING/ SALE products are only available from our online store, we do not held any EVENING/ SALE products at our London bridal studio.

Do I need to book an appointment to try on dresses?
Yes! At our London Bridal Studio we only stock bridal gown, all visits are by appointment only, there is currently a 12 weeks waiting list for all bridal appointments.

Do you offer alteration services?
Yes, we do! The cost of any alteration is not included in the cost of the gown.

What payment options are available?
We accept all major credit cards in store and online.

Do you accept PayPal?
No

What is your standard return policy?
We have a 45 days return policy for all gowns in their original state, You have 45 days for exchange, return and full refund, all products must be returned in their original state with their originals tags.

Can I customize one of your gowns to my size?
Yes, You can. Made-to-measure dresses need a dedicated pattern to your body, according to your measurements, anything so unique requires special skills and timings.

Do I have to pay extra for a made-to-measure dress?
No.

Can I make changes to the original design of your dresses?
Yes, you can, Minor changes are made free of charge, however extra charges may apply if there are major changes to the original design.

Can you make a gown according to my design?
Yes, We offer a Virtual Appointment via Zoom for anyone who wish to customize their design

How much is the shipping Cost?
Fashionista Studio, Metric cut limited are now part of Talyak Group and offers free worldwide shipping to any areas around the world. No extra fees will be charged for the shipment.

Can you sent me extra photos of a dress?
More photos/ video of each product is available on the product page, we ONLY provide those.
