REFUNDS

PROCESSING GUIDELINES
All products on the site are subject to availability and payment being received before the order is processed. Orders placed Monday to Friday will begin processing on the next working day. Orders placed on Friday throughout the weekend, or on Bank Holidays, will begin processing on the following working day. We reserve the right to refuse to sell without reason.
REFUSED SHIPMENTS
If you choose to refuse your shipments, you will be responsible for any original postage cost, duties, taxes, and/or customs charges incurred on the package. You will also be responsible for the cost of returning the package. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE GOODS
At Fs group, we are committed to selling only first-quality fashions and accessories. We employ several quality checks before an item is shipped. If you have received a damaged or defective item, please notify us by emailing us at admin@fashionistagroup.shop within 7 days of receiving the order to be eligible for a refund. You can return goods which are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose to us by posting them to the Return and Exchange address. If you have returned the products to us in accordance with our return policy because they are faulty or mis-described, we will refund the price of the defective product in full, any applicable delivery charges, and any reasonable costs you incur in returning the item to us. This provision will not affect your statutory rights.
PAYMENTS
We accept all card payments. You must confirm that the credit/debit card being used is your own, or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to Fs group, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a contract that is caused by events outside our reasonable control, including (but not restricted to) fire, flood, severe weather, explosion, war, act of terrorism, industrial dispute, or acts of local or central government or other competent authorities.
